- Shipping Origin
All orders are dispatched from our logistics facility located in France. Products are packaged in discreet, neutral packaging with no external indication of the contents.
- Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the following countries: France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Switzerland. For deliveries to other European countries, please contact us at info@legendarylife.ch to discuss availability and terms.
- Carriers and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:
- France: 2–3 business days
- Spain, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 3–5 business days
- Italy, Austria, Portugal: 4–6 business days
- Switzerland: 4–7 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, carrier delays, or force majeure events. The Seller shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order. The applicable shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a specified threshold, as indicated on the Site.
- Order Processing
Orders are processed within one to two (1–2) business days of payment confirmation (for prepayment orders) or order confirmation (for credit-term orders). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once the order has been dispatched. The Buyer can track the shipment via the carrier’s website using this number.
- Customs and Import Duties
For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply, as all products are shipped from France. For shipments to Switzerland, the Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by Swiss customs authorities. The Seller includes all required documentation (commercial invoice, COAs where applicable) with each shipment to facilitate customs clearance.
- Risk of Loss
In accordance with our Terms of Sale, risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the products to the carrier (Incoterms® 2020: FCA — Free Carrier, Seller’s warehouse in France). The Buyer should inspect all packages upon receipt and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately. Any shipping damage must be reported to the Seller within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
- Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the Buyer, refusal of the package, or failure to collect from a designated pickup point within the applicable period, the Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery. If the products are returned to the Seller due to a failed delivery, the Seller will contact the Buyer to arrange reshipment at the Buyer’s cost.
