Returns & Refund Policy

- Scope
This Returns and Refund Policy applies to all B2B wholesale transactions made through the website LegendaryLife.ch, operated by Legendary Life Sàrl. As all transactions are between professionals, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal (délai de rétractation / derecho de desistimiento) does not apply.
- Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If products received are defective, damaged during transit, or do not conform to the order confirmation, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. The notification must include:
- The order number and date of delivery
- A description of the defect or non-conformity
- Photographs clearly showing the issue
Claims submitted after the 48-hour period may not be accepted unless the defect was not reasonably discoverable upon inspection.
- Resolution
Upon verification of a valid claim, the Seller will, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the defective or non-conforming products at no additional cost to the Buyer, or
- Issue a credit note for the value of the affected products, to be applied to a future order
The Seller will bear the shipping costs for the return of defective products and the delivery of replacement products.
- Products Not Eligible for Return
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery
- Products returned without prior written authorisation from the Seller
- Products returned more than fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery
- Products where the defect results from improper storage, handling, or use by the Buyer
- Custom or bespoke orders (e.g., mixed pallets with custom pricing)
- Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the Buyer must:
- Contact the Seller at info@legendarylife.ch with the order number and details of the issue
- Await written return authorisation from the Seller before shipping any products back
- Ship the products in their original packaging, in the same condition as received
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense.
- Refunds
Where a refund is warranted, the Seller will issue the refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of receiving and inspecting the returned products. For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund will be credited to the Buyer’s bank account. The Seller’s preferred method of resolution is credit note rather than monetary refund.
- Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the terms of this Returns and Refund Policy.
